6. Service Description

Meshmell sells one-time 12-month sponsorships for its 3D model platform. Bronze includes public sponsor-name and link recognition. Silver and Gold include sponsor-name, link, and logo recognition with tier-based presentation. These are digital sponsorship services; no physical goods are delivered.

7. Price

Bronze: USD 5; Silver: USD 10; Gold: USD 25. The exact total is shown on the Sponsors page and again before payment confirmation.

8. Additional Fees

Meshmell charges no fees in addition to the displayed sponsorship price. Sponsors are responsible for their own internet or mobile data charges and for any card-issuer or currency-conversion fees.

The selected one-time price is charged immediately after the sponsor confirms the payment in Stripe's payment form.

11. Service Provision Timing

The selected digital sponsor recognition is activated immediately after Stripe confirms successful payment. If Stripe reports the payment as pending, activation occurs immediately after successful confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

12. Sponsorship Term and Renewal

Each sponsorship lasts 12 months from Stripe-confirmed payment. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge or automatic renewal. Each later successful payment replaces the previous term and starts a new 12-month term at the selected tier. Public sponsor benefits are temporarily hidden while Stripe reports an open payment dispute. If the dispute is resolved in Meshmell's favor, the remaining term resumes unless it has otherwise ended. A final lost dispute, full refund, or other full reversal ends the current term and does not restore the previous term; a partial refund does not change the active term.

13. Application Period and Quantity

Sponsorships may be purchased while the options are displayed as available. There is no quantity limit; each completed payment purchases one 12-month sponsorship term.

14. Customer-requested Cancellations and Refunds

Before confirming payment, close the payment form to cancel without charge. Because digital sponsor benefits begin after payment confirmation, cancellations or refunds for a change of mind are not accepted after activation, except where required by law.

15. Incorrect, Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Undelivered Service

If a charge is duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized, or the purchased sponsor benefit is not provided, contact [email protected]. After verification, Meshmell will correct the benefit or issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

16. Operating Environment

A current web browser with JavaScript, cookies, and an internet connection is required to sign in, pay, and manage sponsor profile information.

17. Payment Processing

Stripe securely processes the card payment. Meshmell does not receive or store the full card number.

18. Subscription Prices, Provision, Billing, and Renewal

Free is USD 0. Standard is USD 9 per month or USD 90 per year. Pro is USD 29 per month or USD 290 per year. Paid prices are tax-inclusive where Stripe Tax determines tax is due, and Stripe Checkout displays the final total before confirmation. There is no free trial. Paid access begins after Stripe confirms the first payment. The selected monthly or annual plan renews automatically at the same price and interval until cancelled; each renewal is charged at the start of the next billing period. Promotions, if accepted, are shown before confirmation and apply only under their displayed terms.

19. Subscription Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from the Meshmell account page or Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with no cancellation fee, and paid access remains available until then. Paid periods are not refunded for a change of mind except where required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately and may create a clearly previewed prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. For a duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or unprovided charge or service, contact [email protected]; after verification, Meshmell will correct the service or issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
