Meshmell collects information you provide, including account and profile details, public display content, uploads, communications, and sponsor name, link, or logo choices. We also collect transaction identifiers and status received from Stripe, plus cookies, device, log, timestamp, and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate platform features, process and fulfill sponsorships, display sponsor benefits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Stripe collects and processes card details under its own privacy terms. Meshmell receives transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and limited contact or billing information returned by Stripe, but does not receive or store the full card number.
We share information with service providers such as hosting, email, storage, security, analytics, and payment processors only as needed to operate Meshmell, or when required by law. Sponsor names and any submitted link or eligible logo are displayed publicly during the sponsorship term. Meshmell does not sell personal information.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including security, dispute, accounting, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can update eligible account and sponsor profile information through Meshmell and may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Some transaction, security, and legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version and effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or another appropriate channel when required by law.
