By accessing Meshmell, creating an account, purchasing a sponsorship, or starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or complete a purchase.
Use Meshmell lawfully and do not infringe rights, interfere with the service, bypass security, or upload content you are not permitted to share. Platform content and availability may change as the service develops.
Bronze costs USD 5, Silver USD 10, and Gold USD 25. Each later successful Stripe payment replaces the previous term and starts one new 12-month sponsorship term at the selected tier. Public sponsor benefits are temporarily hidden while Stripe reports an open payment dispute. If the dispute is resolved in Meshmell's favor, the remaining term resumes unless it has otherwise ended. A final lost dispute, full refund, or other full reversal ends the current term and does not restore the previous term; a partial refund does not change the active term. The purchase is not recurring and does not automatically renew. Sponsor-name, link, logo, text-size, and contrast benefits follow the tier shown before payment.
You must have the right to submit each sponsor name, link, and logo. Meshmell may reject, remove, or request replacement of material that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or incompatible with the platform. Eligible benefits remain subject to the selected tier.
You may cancel before confirming payment. Post-payment cancellation, service-defect, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-charge, and refund conditions are stated in the Commerce Disclosure
Standard and Pro are recurring digital-service subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe. The selected plan starts after the first successful payment and renews automatically at the same price and interval until cancelled. Prices shown by Meshmell are tax-inclusive where Stripe Tax determines tax is due; Stripe Checkout shows the final total before confirmation. There is no free trial. Plan features and usage limits are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Meshmell may prevent new uploads when an applicable limit is exceeded but does not automatically delete existing content solely because of a downgrade, cancellation, or over-limit state.
You may cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe-hosted billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and has no cancellation fee. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a clearly previewed prorated charge, while downgrades take effect at period end. Paid periods are non-refundable for change of mind except where required by law. Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or unprovided charges or services will be investigated and corrected or appropriately refunded. Full details are stated in the Commerce Disclosure
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and effective date on this page. Changes do not shorten an already-paid sponsorship or subscription period or remove benefits already owed for that period, except where required for security, safety, law, or third-party rights. Material changes to recurring billing terms apply prospectively with any notice required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Meshmell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable Japanese law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
